This is literally the best workout I have done and it is effective as hell! I started this last summer doing it regularly and the results were great. Now I had a time period when I didn´t have time to do anything so I gained weight and I am now trying to get it off again. I always tried to do the whole workout even when I started it but it takes some time to get through it without dying afterwards. :)
