i don't know about you guys but i think all this work out focused mainly on arms and upper body. i don't say this isn't good to begin with but this is the feeling that it gives me after i ended this routine. i'm saying this because i thought this will be a complete work out. anyway the music was good though so only good vibes :)

Checking in for the two times I've performed this workout! I finally gave it a try and my oh my oh my, is this the best, most fun, somewhat follow-able ACTUAL dance routine I've ever followed.

I have two left feet (if you can even call it that), and heavily pregnant right now at 7.25 months. I try to mix it up as much as I can with jogging, hiit circuits, ballet inspired routines (even the cardio ones), yoga, and Tracy Anderson Method. It takes a lot to make me sweat while working out since I think I'm fairly fit andin this pregnancy I feel fitter than with my last. But Bipasha's routine….this thing. This sneaky little thing! It makes me sweat tiny pellets from minute 4:00!!!! How is that possible?!

I think it's due to the fact that 1. my muscles aren't used to dancing since I'm so embarrassingly a-rhythmic, and 2. she constantly changes it up with upper AND lower moves that trigger the muscles and the brain to work harder. I definitely felt worked up and surprisingly out of breath the 2 times I've tried it and not to mention, I felt to giddy the entire day. The endorphins have definitely broken free!

I'll try to check in and let you all know how it went for me throughout and post-pregnancy. It doesn't hurt to lose even more weight after I give birth since I've had the last 8-ish stubborn pounds I haven't been able to lose even before getting pregnant, so we'll see if this helps in leaning me out without giving me stubby muscles! (I do "bulk" up easily and my muscles get big and stubby after a few sessions if I don't watch it. After much trial and error, I've come to the conclusion that a woman getting slightly bulkier muscles than she desires is not a myth because all our bodies are different and respond differently t to exercise) :)

So for those of you wondering about this routine, try it out especially if you're a beginner exerciser! It's never too late to start. It's fun, simple enough to follow, with promising fat burning and cardiovascular benefits. I also think it's best to work out when YOU personally feel best. I feel best either early in the morning, or when my daughter is napping right after lunch hour.

super awesome aerobic. I never managed to finish aerobic sessions on youtube, either because it was too easy or too hard on my pulse. This one is just right and my SVT (supraventricular tachicardy) can take it very well. I enjoy the whole 30 minutes work out. She puts in the "breath" interval at the right time and the pace is verrrryyy good. Excellent sessions. Highly recommended !!
